Dark Mech Tech Priests

Dark Mechanicum Tech Priests, most likely Enginseers as they’re probably the most common of the Tech Priests.

Fair degree of augmented limbs on these models to make them more effective during repair operations, carry out tasks requiring strength beyond the human norm and in many instances for self-defence.

These are the Scavenger Elder models printed up from Station Forge 3D designs.

Went for the standard washed out greys and metallics as the main colour scheme.

The dark red on the halberd pole grips adds a bit of colour and harks back to the Ad Mech origins.

Army Painter’s Death Metal from the Warpaints fanatic range was used sparingly for the back carapace as with the Tech Priest Dominus.

Gave them all an oil wash prior to matt varnish which seems to have added some further dark tones. I used a mix of black and a little brown oil before diluting it down…
