Bloodmaster

Adding to the ranks of my Khorne Daemon army, here’s a bit of a boss to provide some leadership on the battlefield – the Bloodmaster!

Games Workshop say

“Each swing of the Bloodmaster’s blade opens throats and splits torsos, while truly worthy victims find their heads severed from their bodies. Around the Herald, the Bloodletters of Khorne fight all the harder, driven to a frenzy by his murderous aura.”

This is an older model, not the one currently sold on the Warhammer website. There are really nice details on this and the details in the skull cape are really nice. A lot of effort went into this design.

I did modify the sword, which by default has a massive hole in the fuller just above the quillon/cross-guard modifying some resin skulls I had to fit. The Citadel Skulls are too big.

Base is also modified and includes a nameplate from the mighty workmanship of Versatile Terrain.
